Larnaca International Airport is Cyprus' main international gateway and the larger of the country's two commercial airports, the other being Paphos International Airport on the island's southwestern coast. The airport has one passenger terminal comprising two connected airside buildings and a larger common arrivals hall situated behind.

RAF Flag - Akrotiri - LCRA - AKT - RAF AkrotiriRoyal Air Force Station Akrotiri, more commonly known as RAF Akrotiri, is a large Royal Air Force station and military airbase, on Cyprus. It is located in the south of the island, in the UK Sovereign Base Area (SBA) of Akrotiri. It is one of the few full-scale RAF stations left outside the United Kingdom. Although located on Cyprus, it is not part of the territory of the government in Nicosia. When the UK granted Cypriot independence in 1960, it retained a small amount of territory to create the UK sovereign bases. Akrotiri stands within the limits of that territory. The station commander is double-hatted and is also the officer commanding the Akrotiri or Western Sovereign Base Area, reporting to the commander of British Forces Cyprus who is also the Administrator.
